Press Release & Sponsored Content Terms

By purchasing or submitting a press release, sponsored article, advertising package, or promotional service from HFN, you agree that:

1. HFN may review, edit, format, optimize, label, reject, or remove submitted content at its discretion.
2. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and substantiation of all submitted claims and materials.
3. Payment does not guarantee publication unless HFN confirms acceptance.
4. Publication does not guarantee traffic, leads, sales, search ranking, indexing, Google News placement, social media engagement, or business results.
5. “Permanent placement” means HFN does not intend to remove the article after a short campaign period, but HFN may remove, update, redirect, archive, or unpublish content for legal, editorial, technical, business, reputational, or policy reasons.
6. Any refund or satisfaction guarantee applies only as stated on the service page at the time of purchase.
7. You grant HFN permission to use submitted text, logos, images, videos, company information, quotes, and links for publication and promotion.
8. You will indemnify HFN for claims arising from the content or materials you submit.
9. HFN may label paid material as “Sponsored,” “Press Release,” “Advertisement,” “Partner Content,” or similar wording.
10. HFN may refuse content related to scams, misleading investment claims, unsafe products, unlawful activity, hate, harassment, adult content, regulated goods, or any topic HFN considers unsuitable.
